Dr. Perez completed his medical training at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City, where he graduated with honors. He subsequently completed a rigorous plastic surgery residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX – ranked the #1 plastic surgery training program in the country.

There he was fortunate to train with giants in the field, many of whom pioneered surgical techniques widely used in plastic surgery today. He was then hand-selected to work under the mentorship of world-expert Dr. Grant Stevens and joins us here at Marina Plastic Surgery and Medspa.
His calm demeanor coupled with his meticulous dedication to detail and aesthetic eye make him an excellent addition to our team. He offers the full spectrum of aesthetic surgery as well as nonsurgical treatments like injectables, lasers, and skin resurfacing treatments.

Cory Felber PA-C is an NCCPA nationally board-certified and state-licensed surgical physician assistant trained in a wide variety of non-ablative techniques that complement the work of our surgeons and assist those wanting a non-surgical approach to self-improvement. With her aesthetic and clinical dermatology expertise, she serves adult, adolescent and pediatric patients. She is also an approved Injector Trainer for Allergan, the maker of BOTOX and JUVÉDERM dermal filler.

She has her undergraduate degree from UCLA in the field of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. Following UCLA, she attended the Physician Assistant Program at USC School of Medicine, and completed her clinical training at LAC-USC Medical Center. She received her NCCPA national board certification with honors in both general and surgical medicine.

Mickley is an LA native with over twenty years of experience in Spa and Medical Aesthetics. Because of her knowledge and passion for result driven facials, Mickley has earned the loyalty and respect of countless Celebrities as well as lifelong patients. While finishing her degree at UCLA, Mickley began her career as a makeup artist for Christian Dior cosmetics. While she loved the artistry and creativity makeup offered, her passion was skincare.

After graduating from Aesthetician school she landed her first job in with an international skincare spa. A trainer was flown from Japan in to retrain and reeducate Mickley on the science, technique and expertise of all aspects of aesthetics. It was there that she developed her signature acupressure massage technique and advanced skincare knowledge that helped to elevate her career. After many years as a spa Aesthetician, Mickley's passion for giving her patients the best possible results led her to begin her career as a Medical Aesthetician.
Mickley's passion for knowledge in the dynamic and ever changing skincare industry has allowed her to stay informed on the latest techniques and cutting edge ingredients which she loves to share with her patients. Mickley loves to combine her passion of spa aesthetics with her technical knowledge to allow her patients the best possible facial experience. Her favorite treatments include Hydrafacial, Karavive scalp treatments and chemical peels. Due to her passion for continuing education, Mickley is currently enrolled in Skinceuticals Master Aesthetician course and is certified in Hydrafacial. She loves the Alastin skin care line of products.

Bessy works in our practice to assist our Physician Extenders, in the non-surgical division of our practice, ‘The Institute’. Her primary focus is to be the liaison between the PEs and patients, to ensure optimal communication and understanding. She joined our team with extensive knowledge is the medical industry. Her past includes cosmetic, dermatologic, and family practice experience as a Certified Surgical / Medical Assistant. Bessy takes pride in her calming disposition, and is always available to help out wherever she is needed! Her mission is to ensure maximum comfort and trust while in our care!
